If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days from the date of your initial payment.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction
- Refunds apply only to your first purchase of a product or subscription
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will retain access to the platform until the end of that period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the billing cycle has started

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

- Excessive use of the platform or clear completion of the majority of course content
- Abuse of the refund policy

4. One-Time Purchases
For any one-time purchases (such as individual courses or resources):
- These are covered under the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee
- After 30 days, all sales are considered final
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account
